How will I receive my purchase?

After making your purchase, you will be brought to a confirmation page with a link that includes your purchase. This link can be easily accessed using a phone or computer, although we recommend using your phone if you want to quickly access the wallpapers from there. Upon clicking the link you will be able to download all of your wallpapers in one zip file. Additionally, you will be sent a confirmation email that will include your receipt.

How do I open the zip file sent with my digital download?

Your wallpaper packs will all be conveniently located in a single zip file ready for instant download upon purchase. After clicking the link provided at the confirmation page, click “download.” From there, your zip file will begin to download on the device of your choice. It should be noted that because these are high quality images, it may take a few minutes to load. Once downloaded, you can go ahead and click on that folder with the wallpapers in it! If you’re using an iPhone, this might create a separate folder where you can go through and individually save each wallpaper to your camera roll.

My wallpaper doesn’t fit on my phone?

These wallpapers were made to fit all phone types. If you are finding that your wallpaper is zooming in a bit, it was meant to!

Can I have a refund or exchange?

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on digital download purchases. All purchases are final.
